Terms of Use
1. Who we are
PokéWorld (the "Game") is operated by COMPANY NAME, CNPJ 00.000.000/0000-00, with its address at ADDRESS ("we"). Contact: contact e-mail.
PokéWorld is a fan-made game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., The Pokémon Company or CipSoft. All names and trademarks belong to their owners.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or playing, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game. When the Terms change in a meaningful way, we will ask you to accept the new version at your next login.
3. Adults only
The Game is for people 18 years or older. By creating an account you confirm that you are. We close accounts we find were created by minors.
4. Your account
- One person, one account. Your username must not impersonate staff or other people, and must not be offensive.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- During the alpha, a forgotten password is reset by the team: contact us from the e-mail on the account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. A banned player can ask for a review at contact e-mail; we answer within 15 days.
5. Fair play
- No cheating: no exploiting bugs, modifying the client to gain an advantage, or attacking the servers. Report bugs instead.
- No harassment, hate speech, racism or sexual content in chat, names or nicknames.
- No selling or trading accounts, Pokémon or items for real money outside the Game's own systems. We cannot protect anyone in an outside deal, and doing it can lead to a ban.
6. Diamonds (premium currency)
- Diamonds are bought with real money (by Pix) and spent in the Game's Shop. They are a license to use features of the Game, not money, and have no cash value.
- Diamonds cannot be withdrawn or transferred, except through the Diamond Exchange described in the Game.
- Under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (art. 49), you may cancel a purchase within 7 days; the refund covers the purchased Diamonds still unspent on the account.
- Diamonds earned as prizes or gifts are not purchased Diamonds and cannot be refunded or sold.
7. Gems and the Community Market
- Gems are bought by depositing USDT on the network stated in the Game and can be withdrawn as USDT, under the prices, minimums and fees published in the Game.
- Withdrawals are reviewed by the team before they are sent. A blockchain transfer cannot be undone: you are responsible for the address you give. Sending the wrong token or using the wrong network may lose the funds permanently.
- Crypto-assets carry risk, including changes in the value of USDT and in the law. Use only what you can afford to lose.
- Market fees are shown before every sale. Trades between players are final once completed.
- We may refuse or reverse transactions that come from fraud, bugs or stolen payment methods, and close the accounts involved.
8. The Game can change
PokéWorld is in development. We change balance, numbers and features, and we may reset progress during the alpha. We try to keep the Wiki in the Game up to date with every change.
9. Liability
The Game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, downtime or indirect damages. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under Brazilian law.
10. Law and court
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of CITY / STATE, without prejudice to the consumer's right to sue in their own domicile.
